Boat policies
- Payment Terms: Customer should do 50% down payment to secure booking.
- Booking Cancellation should be 7 Days prior to the Trip to receive the 50% of the down payment, however, reschedule is possible prior 7 days to the trip.
- If the cancellation request happened less than 7 days, 50% of the down payment will be deducted.
- Any loss of property should be informed immediately to the captain or crew.
- According to the UAE law, swimming is forbidden after 7:00 PM.
