While we do charge security deposits ranging from AED 1,000 to AED 5,000 depending on the kind of car you've chosen, rest assured it's only to your benefit. These security deposits help us ensure we are only renting cars to responsible and sincere drivers.

Adding a driver and an increased insurance benefit will result in an additional charge. You will also be charged for delivery if that's on your booking preferences but we will never charge you for anything that you didn't sign up for! That is, no hidden charges whatsoever.

If you are a tourist in Dubai, you will need a copy of your passport, driver's license, mobile number, and email address to book your next car rental. Residents need to submit the same information except in place of your passport, we'll need your Emirates ID.
