2026 UAE Petrol Prices Today
Following the annual increase for 2025, official 2026 petrol rates in the UAE for January have been announced on Wednesday, December 31, 2025 as:
Super 98 will now cost AED 2.53 per litre compared to AED 2.70 rate for December 2025.
Special 95 will cost AED 2.42 as opposed to the current rate of AED 2.58
E-Plus 91 will now cost AED 2.34 per litre compared to the December 2025 rate of AED 2.51
Diesel will cost AED 2.55 compared to the previous rate of AED 2.85
According to reports by KhaleejTimes, the new petrol prices for January 2026 shows a decrease in the cost per litre when compared to the current rate following the annual increase announced for the year 2025. Whether the increment will continue in the new year is uncertain but for now, the new rates are slightly lower than the current rates.
