BENO SUPERCAR RALLY PARTICIPATION
AGREEMENT
By Registering Your Interest Or Booking On The Rally, You Agree To These Terms.
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
BENO Supercar Rally (the “Event” and the “Organiser”) is an event and not a race or time trial. Participants must not compete at any level with other participants or road users and must not place any bets relating to this event. Anyone found doing this will be removed immediately from the BENO Supercar Rally with immediate effect and the remainder of your trip canceled without refund. You must drive with care and attention for your own safety and the safety of others. The person named on this form shall ensure that all other persons participating under their team entry understands and will be bound by these Terms also.
The BENO Supercar Rally is not a guided tour - it is a navigational road trip where you will be given checkpoints that you are expected to navigate to with your own map/Sat Nav system. Some parts of the Event require stamina and endurance, and you confirm that you are in good physical health and of sound mind and do not have any medical issues that would affect your ability to participate.
2. AGE RESTRICTIONS
All participants must be 25 years of age and above, to be fully covered by the super cars insurance.
3. ENTRANCE FEE
The entry fee includes all inclusions quoted at the time of booking and contained on the invoice. The entry fee does not include any personal expenses during the Event including all travel, subsistence and accommodation expenses which you incur in getting to and from the Event (including, but not limited to, any associated flights), petrol, public transport, taxis, tolls, food, drink, fines, personal loss or damage or any other expenses of any kind (unless stated in writing otherwise). Any expense is the sole responsibility of the participant and any unpaid charges will be invoiced by the Organiser to the participant and payable within seven days.
You agree to ensure your entry fee and any part payments are made by the payment deadlines agreed and noted on the invoice by credit/debit card or bank transfer. In any case, no payment can be left outstanding 90 days prior to the rally start date, unless otherwise agreed in writing as a special case.
4. HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
All participants will be accommodated in a 5-star hotel in each city during the BENO Supercar Rally as part of the entry fee, including breakfast and other inclusions based on the selected entry type. For teams of two or couples, a king-sized bed will be provided, while solo participants will be accommodated in a double room each. Accommodation upgrades will be subject to additional charges.
BENO reserves the right to assign rooms based on occupancy; however, married couples may request to share a room. We will ensure that accommodations are arranged appropriately based on participant status, whether married, couples, friends, or singles. Participants are required to provide an ID and passport at check-in to settle any additional charges (such as minibar, food, or drinks not included in the rally) or damages before checkout.
5. CANCELLATION
As an alternative to full cancellation, the participant is encouraged to seek a transfer to a future rally under clause 13.
However, if you are unable to participate, unable to continue, decide to drop out of the Event or fail to get to the Event prior to the commencement date for any reason whatsoever, the Organiser will not make any refunds of the entrance fee or pay compensation to you beyond what is provided for in these terms and conditions.
When you pay your deposit and sign the participation agreement, your room and all other inclusions of the rally are removed from our inventory and we consider your participation in the Event as confirmed. We then make financial commitments based on the revenues we expect to achieve from your full performance of this Agreement.
As cancellation may expose us to substantial losses and is difficult to determine, you agree to pay us the liquidated damages set out below in the event of any such cancellation, which the parties agree are reasonable and proportionate to the protect the legitimate commercial interests of the Organiser, and which shall not be construed by the parties as a penalty.
If you cancel the Event the following liquidated damages shall be payable by you within 7 days of any such cancellation:
• between signing and 180 days prior to the commencement of the Event, liquidated damages in the amount of 30% of entrance fee;
• between 179 days and 90 days prior to the commencement of the Event, liquidated damages in the amount of 50% of entrance fee;
• between 89 days and 30 days prior to the commencement of the Event, liquidated damages in the amount of 85% of entrance fee;
• between 29 days or less prior to the commencement of the event, liquidated damages in the amount of 100% of entrance fee.
The Organiser will take reasonable steps to mitigate any losses resulting from such a cancellation. If the Organiser is unable to process payment on your nominated card by the dates specified on your invoice, or if you fail to settle your invoice via bank transfer in a timely manner, the Organiser reserves the right to cancel your enrolment for cause. In such cases, the Organiser is entitled to claim the liquidated damages outlined above, in addition to other legal rights and remedies.
The Organiser reserves the right to adjust the timing, route, and/or hotel accommodations of the Event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, while ensuring comparable or superior quality. If, after setting the Event date and accepting bookings, the Organiser determines that conditions have materially changed due to external factors (including, but not limited to, extreme public health measures, a declared epidemic, pandemic, war, civil unrest, terrorism, industrial disputes, or natural disasters), you agree to the Organiser postponing the Event if these factors are likely to impact its scheduled delivery. The Organiser will reschedule the Event to a date where such circumstances are unlikely to impact its delivery and will notify you in writing of the new date once confirmed. If the rescheduled date is unsuitable, you agree to a fair and reasonable resolution of a 70% refund of the entry fee (less any outstanding payments), along with a 30% credit note for a future rally, valid for 24 months. This arrangement is intended to be fair, taking into account the Organiser’s incurred losses, overhead, and services provided prior to cancellation.
6. CODE OF CONDUCT
Participants must conduct themselves sensibly, responsibly, and appropriately at all times. We take no responsibility for any damages caused by the participant towards the hotels, rooms, cars or other amenities. You must not: consume drugs or alcohol whilst driving; drive whilst under the influence of drugs or alcohol (or any other intoxicating substance); drive if your ability to do so safely is compromised by illness, lack of adequate rest, or any other condition. Any illegal behaviour will result in cancellation of your entry.
7. COMPLIANCE
All participants must adhere to the laws and regulations of each destination visited, including all speed limits, road laws, vehicle safety standards, and laws regarding alcohol, drugs, or other prohibited substances. International participants must ensure they have the necessary visas and entry/exit permits valid for travel dates. Failure to do so may result in denied entry at immigration, and any costs for return travel will be your responsibility. You may only participate in the vehicle registered with the Organiser unless otherwise authorized. It is also your responsibility to stay informed on the driving requirements for each country, including obtaining an International Driving Permit if required.
8. RESPONSIBILITY
The participant is solely responsible for ensuring they possess the necessary valid documents and visas required for entry into the UAE before finalizing their payment and confirming their slot at the rally. BENO bears no liability for any consequences arising from a participant being denied entry into the UAE. However, in the event that a participant is unable to attend the rally on the scheduled date, they may reschedule their participation for a future rally, with priority consideration given by BENO. If the participant chooses not to participate in any future rally, refunds will be provided as per the cancellation terms in clause 5.
9. INDEMNIFY
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organiser, its directors, officers, employees, and consultants from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, expenses, lawsuits, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or in connection with your actions or participation in the Event. This includes, without limitation, any claims resulting from your violation of laws or regulations, or your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
10. LICENCE AND INSURANCE
All drivers must hold a full valid and unrestricted driver’s license and a current and valid passport along with any other visa requirements. This is the sole responsibility of the participants. Participants are responsible for ensuring their vehicles used in the Event are properly licensed, adhere to all laws and vehicle specifications required in the country/state of travel, and fully insured for use on the public highways in all countries detailed in the itinerary. You shall carry proof of such insurance for the duration of the Event, this can be a cover note or certificate of insurance. Appropriate insurance includes, without limitation, minimum third-party motor liability insurance, medical insurance and personal liability insurance. If you have hired a car, a ‘vehicle on hire’ certificate should be available to view upon request.
11. BRANDING
You agree to have the ”BENO” shield and all official event sponsors’ logos placed on your vehicle at all times during the Event. BENO has the right to determine the aesthetics of the vehicles. As such, all branding will be sized to be subtle and in keeping with the luxury aesthetics of the vehicles and the Event. The stickers are non-permanent and designed for use on cars, leaving no residue and easy to remove without a trace.
12. IMAGE RIGHTS
All participants consent to be photographed and to be included in any filming of BENO Supercar Rally. You consent to the use of your image, likeness, voice and biographical material in connection with any and all footage, publicity and related promotional material. Participants are only entitled to take photographs and film footage of the Event for non-commercial purposes and is not to be used to promote any other third-party supercar event.
13. TRANSFERS
Change of participant: Your entry can be transferred to another participant if you are unable to attend, as long as they are approved by the Organisers and meet the terms and conditions. There will be no transfer fee, however the transferee must agree to sign these terms and conditions.
Transfer To Future Rally: In the event that a participant is unable to attend the rally on the scheduled date, they may reschedule their participation to a future rally, with priority consideration given by BENO. If the participant chooses not to participate in any future rally, refunds will be provided as per the cancellation terms in clause 5.
14. FORCE MAJEURE
For events leading to force majeure circumstances/postponement or rescheduling of the Event, the Organiser will provide a full refund to the participant. However, the Organiser cannot be held responsible if certain attractions change their opening times or are closed.
15. VIOLATION OF TERMS
If any participants violate any of the above terms and conditions or refuse to follow the instructions given prior or during the Event by the Organiser, you may be prohibited from further participation in the Event and you shall not be entitled to any refund of your entrance fee.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit or exclude the Organiser’s liability for any death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for any fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or for liability which is not capable of being excluded or limited under law. Subject to the provisions of this clause 17 and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser hereby excludes its liability for any indirect, special or consequential losses and/or for any loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of goodwill, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data and loss of reputation which are suffered or incurred by you, whether such losses are direct or indirect. The Organiser’s liability to you under these terms and conditions whether for breach of contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, misrepresentation or otherwise shall be limited to 100% of the entrance fee.
17. LAW
These terms and conditions and your participation in the Event are governed by the laws of Dubai and The United Arab Emirates and any dispute regarding the subject matter of these terms and conditions shall be determined by the courts of Dubai and The United Arab Emirates.

How Many People Can Join In One Car?
There are no restrictions on passengers, but rally cars are typically 2-door, 2-seaters, or 2+2 models—comfort is key. Entry is based on two people per room, so a four-person team requires two rooms. Luggage is transported separately. Solo participation with a single-occupancy room is also available.
What Type Of Car Can I Bring?
The BENO Supercar Rally is designed for GTs, exotics, and supercars built to ignite driving passion. Eligible models include Ferrari, Lamborghini (SUVs included), McLaren, Aston Martin, Porsche, Bugatti, and more. Participants can bring their own supercar or opt for our exclusive supercar rental, which includes rally-route mileage. Contact us for pricing and availability.
Is There A Maximum Number Of People Who Can Attend The Beno Supercar Rally?
Yes, as a general rule, on each BENO Supercar Rally we invite up to 30 cars or 30 participants to participate, with subject to increase or decrease depending on the number of participants.

Each route is expertly planned with selected roads, fuel, and rest stops, ending at stunning boutique hotels. A daily GPS route will be provided. Buckle up and enjoy driving some of the world’s most exciting roads. A detailed itinerary and route map will be shared at the breakfast briefing.
How Much Driving Is There?
The route has been tailored to blend adventure with relaxation. You’ll be driving an average of four hours a day (some days shorter and others a bit longer) and will usually arrive at the day's destination by late afternoon allowing for our lunch stop.
